　　The notice said that the incident involved two enterprises and one Hong Kong enterprise in Huadu District. The two enterprises in the area are Guangzhou Meicheng Food Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Guangzhou Meicheng Food Company") and Guangzhou Meicheng Food Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Guangzhou Meicheng Technology Company"). The Hong Kong enterprise involved is Hong Kong Meicheng Food Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Hong Kong Meicheng Food Group"). Guangzhou Meicheng Food Company has obtained a business license and a record for selling prepackaged food, and is a food trader. Guangzhou Meicheng Technology Company has obtained a business license and a food production license. The quality management system and production process environment meet the requirements. So far, no illegal acts have been found.

　　Regarding the use of trademarks and entrusted processing, the notice states that Hong Kong Meicheng Food Group has registered trademarks approved on mooncake products such as "Meicheng", "Hong Kong Meicheng Mooncake" and "MEISUN" in Hong Kong, and has authorized the trademarks to be used by Guangzhou Meicheng Food Company. Guangzhou Meicheng Food Company can provide Hong Kong Meicheng Food Group’s registration materials and relevant trademark authorization letters and other materials.
