1. Double-wheel slotting machine

Working principle: The hydraulic motor provides powerful torque for the grab bucket, and the cutting of the rock stratum of the continuous wall trough section is completed through the rotation of the milling wheel, and then the cut gravel is removed from the trough bottom through the mud separation system, thus completing the trough construction of the continuous wall trough section.

Function: In view of the deep rock-socketed stratum, assist the groove grab machine to complete the groove-forming construction of the rock-socketed part.

Advantages: high degree of mechanization, fast groove forming speed, good quality, and low vibration and noise during construction.

2. Grooving machine

Working principle: The grab bucket is provided with a strong opening force by the hydraulic cylinder, and the muck at the bottom of the continuous wall trough section is excavated and grabbed after repeated opening and closing, and then lifted into the soil bucket of the ground muck truck, and the trough construction of the continuous wall trough section is completed through repeated grabbing.

Function: To complete the trench construction of underground continuous wall and provide a trench with certain length, width and height for continuous wall pouring.

Advantages: high degree of mechanization, fast groove forming speed, good quality, and low vibration and noise during construction.

3. Long spiral drilling rig

Working principle: There is a cutting knife at the lower part of the drilling rig, and the cut soil rises along the spiral blades on the drill pipe and is discharged from the ground. The soil is continuously cut and taken, and the concrete (or mud) is pumped into the ground through the central pipe of the drill pipe to form a pile.

Function: it is mostly used in the construction of rotary jet grouting pile for foundation pit retaining structure, and plays a role in stopping water and supporting when combined with bored piles.

Advantages: the overall structure of the long spiral drilling machine is not complicated, and it can continuously cut and borrow soil, with high hole-forming efficiency.

4. Pipe jacking machine

Working principle: similar to shield machine, that is, the jacked pipeline starts from the originating well and is jacked into the working well under the action of the main roof.

Function: Cutting the whole section of the passage, jacking segments to complete the passage construction, which is mostly used for the construction of crossing entrances and large pipe corridors.

Advantages: high space utilization rate, no impact on road traffic, low noise during construction and little environmental impact.

5. Rotary drilling rig

Working principle: the pile foundation is constructed to a certain depth by using the flexibility of the drill pipe, and the hole-forming construction is completed by using the drill bit to continuously borrow soil.

Function: In the construction of retaining piles, provide holes with certain diameter and depth for concrete pouring of pile foundation.

Advantages: wide adaptability, fast hole-forming speed, various drilling tools, strong maneuverability and quick transition.

6. Long arm excavator

Working principle: The hydraulic transmission system transmits the power of the engine to the executive elements such as hydraulic motor and hydraulic cylinder through the hydraulic pump, and pushes the boom and bucket to complete various operations.

Function: Excavation of earthwork in deep foundation pit.

Advantages: The lengthened large and small arms can reach a wider, deeper and higher working range and improve the working efficiency of construction.
