China will increase industrial Internet security monitoring and early warning.

Xinhua News Agency, Beijing, June 30 (Reporter Zhang Xinxin) Zhang Feng, chief engineer of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, said at the 21st China International Software Expo held here that the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology will promote the development of industrial Internet industry from two aspects: accelerating platform construction and building industrial ecology, and intensify efforts to enhance the safety monitoring and early warning capabilities of industrial Internet, emergency response capabilities, and improve the safety management system.

With the deep integration of information technology and manufacturing industry, new production, management and marketing modes such as personalized customization, flexible production and sharing economy are accelerated. The application scope of industrial Internet is expanding rapidly, and its security should also be paid enough attention and guaranteed.

"Once there is a security hole in the industrial system, it will have a huge impact if it is attacked by criminals or remotely controlled." Zhou Hongyi, chairman of 360 Company, said at the meeting that many industrial enterprises have a weak sense of security, and most of them adopt traditional measures such as physical isolation and intranet isolation. Once they are attacked by storage media such as USB flash drives or old vulnerabilities, their resistance is very small. It is particularly important to strengthen the top-level design of industrial Internet security and build a three-dimensional defense system. At the conference, 360 exhibited a self-developed industrial Internet security situational awareness system, which can capture open industrial control ports and timely discover network security risks of industrial control systems.

In addition to industrial enterprises, the security of platform enterprises is also very important. Wang Wenjing, chairman of UFIDA, which focuses on enterprise cloud services, said at the meeting that at present, a large number of industrial enterprises share services and produce transactions on the platform. There are security holes in the cloud platform and ecosystem, which have a great impact.

"UFIDA aggregates more than 2 million corporate customers." Wang Wenjing said that UFIDA built a network security guarantee mechanism from three levels: technical platform, use process and system, and cooperated with professional security vendors to ensure the safety of corporate customer information and transactions.

Experts attending the meeting suggested setting up an industrial Internet security alliance including government departments, security vendors, industrial enterprises, industrial controller manufacturers, etc., and establishing a network security ecosystem through data collaboration, intelligent collaboration and industrial systems to enhance security protection capabilities.

The 21st China International Software Expo is co-sponsored by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and the Beijing Municipal People’s Government.
